Edgar was our guide on our tour! He was outstanding and very knowledgeable!!! It was abnormally “less hot” for July, so that was a plus, but the scenery is to die for. The water is always between 52-54 so regardless of how hot the weather is, the water is always cool enough to make it worth it!!! So much fun.

this was a great trip. We took our two boys with us on this trip. Our 14 year old has autism and not a lot of paddling experience wasn't sure he was going to paddle in a single. They accomodated our challenge last minute and brought in a tandem. EJ was a fantastic guide. Low Key, but very informative. The pace was wonderful. Loved the breaks and chance to swim in between paddling. We saw a coyote, great blue heron, and Big Horn Sheep. Out on the water at 9am with no other paddlers...off by 1pm when it seemed every other kayak group was coming on.....Great timing. If you want to Kayak in the black canyon this is the best trip
