My wife and I took the Grand Tour of Hollywood & LA with Tom (12/30/19) and it was fantastic. Although we were a last minute add-on they could not have been more accommodating and service oriented. The tour guide (TOM) was super-friendly, knowledgeable & insightful and went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy and answered all questions. Great time and value!!!

Tom was the best tour guide! He had ALOT of neat information he shared with us about the area where we were touring and was super helpful with taking group pictures and directing us to clean restrooms and restaurants. He played the appropriate cool songs to go along with the location and history of the places we visited. Tom was very considerate of everyone's comfort as well. The reason we didn't score this tour as a 5 star is we were not pleased with some of the sites we toured (Venice Beach where we didn't feel super safe and the 'Hollywood' sign as we were expecting to get a close up view of it). Otherwise the group was lovely and Tom was the star!

Thank you, I think. We're grateful for your time to write this review and it seems that you were unhappy with two stops but the tour guide was the Best, considerate, informative, made sure you were comfortable, helpful, took your picture of your group, and knew and shared a lot of information which was really neat. If I had a preference, because guests often look just at the "STARS", I would have preferred you rate "us" with the stars and providing a warning (if we didn't) to the future guests within the body of your review. This is important information that we always share with guests on the tours. I'm hoping guests read the review and don't stop at the stars because, otherwise, they would think the tour is below average which, it seems, you did not. It's like cooking a great meal for guests who find it really delicious and then tell other friends that the traffic getting their really ruined their evening. It's hard to understand how one thing relates to another. I'm glad you chose us, thank you and I'm sorry for venting. It's just hard to understand, sometimes

The tour was well worth the money and our driver was very familiar and knowledgeable. There was ample time at each stop.
