We had a great time at the 9:30am trip! Got to see a lot of dolphins from within 15 feet from the kayak! Brock and Jeremy were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My 8 and 10 year old kids loved it! Would definitely recommend and would do it again!

Really looked forward to the Dolphin tour and read many good reviews. We scheduled a dolphin tour for 7/24 and it was cancelled due to the weather. Trip was re-scheduled for the next day but had to be cancelled again because of the weather- no fault of your company. Our vacation was over the next day and they agreed to refund our $240. Today is August 8 and no credit has been posted even after several emails and a phone call where the person agreed we were due a refund and it would be completed later that day(that was last week). While they don’t control the weather they can control the refund. I’ll dispute the charge, but I’ve already spent too much time dealing with this issue. It’s not a good customer experience- just a warning to those who may choose to use them. I gave them fair warning I would be posting this review after several attempts to resolve without social media. Social media can work both ways.

I want to say, I was not in the best frame of mind for this excursion. Being a little older, and sort of out of shape, the idea of kayaking on the ocean at 9:30 in the morning was not appealing. BUT...this is the activity that my whole family agreed to do after reading about it. It was totally, totally worth it! Now, trying to time a tour to get up close to wild dolphins is not an exact science. Our guides, Hayes and Matt, warned us that it was only a 90% success rate, which I thought was pretty damn good. We were not disappointed. After our beach launch, which was an adventure in itself, our guides spotted a pod of bottlenose dolphins feeding beyond the breakers, just 200-300 yards off shore. Paddling a sea kayak is easier once you get beyond the breaking waves. Our first encounter netted a close up view of 10-20 dolphin. the average distance to the breaching mammals was 20-30 yds, with a few a lot closer than that. Our guides were very informative and respectful of the wild life. In all, we had 3 encounters with dolphin pods in the 2 hour morning tour. Our guides had a great sense of where to look, and where to go for the best viewing chances. We laughed at the Big Boat dolphin tour which blazed by us. It did not offer a fraction of the thrills we experienced!!
