Overview

This is the most beautiful, historical and visually stunning experience you will ever have! Enroute, you'll stop at the 900 year old Joshua Tree Forest before arriving at the Grand Canyon where you will visit both incredible viewpoints: Eagle Point and Guano Point. Enjoy lunch at the rim, and see Native American Dwellings. You will also have a wonderful photo stop and oratory at Hoover Dam. Total time at the Grand Canyon is approx. 4 hours.

Helicopter Upgrade: If you choose to upgrade your tour to include the helicopter flight, you'll enjoy a flight to the canyon floor in a state-of-the-art helicopter. While there, see the Colorado River and marvel at the canyon walls before ascending back to the top of the rim.

Hoover Dam

Your full-day guided Grand Canyon West Tour has a wonderful Hoover Dam photo stop experience and oratory. This informative and visually exciting stop adds a fun element to your tour. The views from the top of Hoover Dam are amazing.

Grand Canyon West

Continuing on the journey, we travel through the beautiful high desert of Northern Arizona past an ominous extinct volcano and caldera, the 900-year-old Joshua Tree Forest before arriving at Grand Canyon West, home of the Native Hualapai Indians. Here, you will have approximately 4-hours to explore these tribal lands and the rim of the Grand Canyon. Helicopter Upgrade: The Grand Canyon is stunning but the exciting highlight of your day will be the flight over the rim to the floor of the Grand Canyon in a state-of-the-art EC-130 helicopter, some 4,000 feet below. While in the canyon, you'll have time to explore and take photos at this amazing location, then fly another stunningly beautiful route back to the top. This, without a doubt, will be the most exciting family outing of your life.

Grand Canyon Skywalk

At Eagle Point, see if you can spot the 'eagle in the rock' and see Native American dwellings. You can take a walk on the glass Skywalk (Admission not included in tour price) as well as shop for hand made Native American crafts in their wonderful gift shops.

Colorado River

See the Colorado River as winds thru the mighty Grand Canyon. you'll have a romantic and picturesque picnic lunch at the rim. The views from this location are fantastic. Exploring Eagle Point and Guano Point makes this journey to the Grand Canyon a must do "Bucket List" event.

Grand Canyon West

Helicopter Upgrade: Take an optional and amazing Helicopter Tour over the rim and land at the bottom of the Grand Canyon! Explore, take photos then fly like an Eagle back up to the top of the canyon. The natural wonders which are their end point are incredible. Their service, horrible—company lives on duplicity. A 6 in 1 tour is actually a 3 in 1 if you choose the helicopter flight. Expect to be told you cannot participate in the Grand Canyon Skywalk if you spent the money for the helicopter segment. Explain that is not correct to the bus driver, and he tells you he will just strand you on site. Manage to get through that drama and he wants to dictate where photos are allowed (just your group, not everyone else)—says he is in charge. Most likely a colored bias. I called mid tour to talk to mgt, was told they would call me the next day. Of course they did not call. Choose ANY other operator rather than this one. I’m filing complaints at every opportunity and filing suit for false advertising just because they ruined my wife’s birthday gift.

Hi Graham, We are contacting the other customers on the tour for their view of your complaint. This is standard operating procedure. (Interesting, we just recieved a 5 Star review on Get Your Guide from the other couple that was with you) It is clearly stated in the promotional material the "Skywalk is Optional" Secondly, at the rim, you wanted to go where you are not allowed and is extremely unsafe. We have a moral and contractual obligation to get you back to your hotel alive. We have a total of 4 hours at the rim as well as other beautiful stops on the tour, and you were wandering off like you were on a private tour. Even if you were on a private tour we would not let you fall off the side if the canyon. Therefore, we are on a very relaxed schedule, but a schedule just the same and you apparently had no respect for your fellow passengers and told our guide you paid for this and would do what you wanted to do. That sir, is very rude. And your comment "Most likely colored bias" is unacceptable and shows how you think. We have been making people happy for 26+ years and occasionally we run into people that are impossible to please. So sorry you had a bad day. The owner of the company was not available as she was in surgery for a life threatening colon obstruction. Please look it up, it's scary. So, therefore, she has a rather non disputable doctors note that she would be happy to send you. BTW, she's still in recovery. Guide Michael was very knowledgeable about the geology, flora, and fauna of the region, as well as the history of the sites we visited. I learned a lot, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Multiple firsts: helicopter ride, Grand Canyon, and Hoover dam. Awesome!

An excellent excursion. Mike our guide made the trip. Very warm friendly and professional. We chose a small group and that works. Lovely people who were from Canada and Germany. Mike included them and we had a lovely lunch with people from Canada. The tour is a full day out and the way Mike planned via avoided queuing- well done Mike. Highly recommend the trip and Adventure Photos and well worth the money.
