On this 2 hour and 15 minute history tour pub crawl, you’ll learn the unknown tales of D.C. Discover how drinking helped shape our nation’s capital - from George Washington's adventures as a master distiller, to the dark days of Prohibition, and even parties at the White House.

D.C. Crawling offers two ticket options: The Happy Hour Package includes four beers or ciders of the guest’s choice, and the Dry Run Ticket includes the tour but no pre-purchased drinks. With either ticket option, you can purchase drinks directly from the bars.

David was knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly. He knew the ins and outs of the DC. Bar scene as well as great insights into the unique history of DC. Highly recommend spending the two hours drinking, laughing and making memories!!

DC Crawling has mastered teaching history in a fun storytelling way. I am from the DC area and still learned things. I would recommend the tour to visitors and locals.

David was an excellent guide who managed the tour really well. He managed to make the night feel like a night out with friends rather than a group who had never met. He was knowledgeable about the history of DC and seemed enthusiastic about it as well. Very good tour, especially if you like your beer!
