Small-Group Malibu Wine Hike

Overview

The hike is a guided 2.5 mile loop around the property where you will get to walk through the vines, see amazing views, visit our Chumash Native American cave paintings, and explore our organic garden. The hike is considered easy to moderate with about 300 feet of elevation gain and loss. This tour is open for all ages, however due to the terrain we cannot allow strollers or wagons. At the end of the tour guests will receive wine to-go.

Beautiful vineyard in the heart of the Santa Monica mountains. Maddi gave us a wonderful tour, with great insight into how the 'ranch' operated, highlighting how the vines are grown and cultivated. It was also lovely to see all the animals being very well cared for - I won't ruin the pun-derful names they've been given! The hike itself was the perfect length and challenge. We picked a glorious day to go, with rain the previous week it meant everything looked luscious and green! We got to try a few different types of wine and I'd highly recommend the orange muscat! (And this is coming from a none-wine drinker!) If you're looking for something new to do, which is close to LA I'd highly recommend this tour.

Stephanie was great. She provided a lot of information on the winery and the history. Had some tasty wine. The hike isn't a tough hike and anyone that can walk a city street should be able to finish and enjoy the hike. Mark

Elena Fisher was wonderful. The day was sunny and perfect. The mulled wine was heavenly. The only thing that I would suggest - and this has nothing to do with Elena, rather how the hike is logistically set up- is to do the hike first and wine tasting after the hiking. It was very difficult to do the incline hiking switchbacks with a full belly and wine in my system.
