Our locally owned operation runs maximum 6 passenger vessels, ensuring as private of an experience possible for you and your loved ones! Our tour guides have countless years of experience working in the water with guests of all ages around the world and specialize in family oriented groups to give you the highest quality experience swimming with these wild manatees! As a small operating tour company our guides are able to work closely one on one with you to ensure a fun stress free experience that you deserve. If your group is smaller, you can rent out the whole boat to ensure that you have a more private experience!

As a small, locally-owned company, quality is everything to us and our seasoned crew will make sure that you and your family have the best experience possible with us!

All necessary gear is included with the tour, so all you have to do is arrive ready for an incredible adventure!

Amanda, Dylan (and all the employees we encountered) at Nature’s Discovery Manatee Tours were awesome. Amanda and Dylan were very friendly, knowledgeable and laid back. Amanda is excellent with children and answered all of our 10 year olds (many) questions kindly and with patience. She was very personable and easy to chat with. Dylan was an excellent captain. Very good at his job and makes a mean hot chocolate! We are very glad we booked our Manatee experience with Nature’s Discovery Manatee tours.

Great tour and very friendly staff. We saw a lot of manatees and the staff made everything simple. They even have hot chocolate for you once you get out of the water. Highly recommend.

Gary and Jake were awesome! They took us out and we were able to see crystal clear water and over a dozen Manatee. Would highly recommend if you are traveling or live near the Crystal River area.
