We booked a private tour for a group of 7. We were very disappointed as the tour itinerary did not match the expectation described. First, the Mist Boat tour was closed for the Spring season and we were not informed. We contacted the company to cancel. David offered to refund the cost of the boat tour so, I agreed. Day of tour, driver arrived 30 minutes late and the bus had a urine odor. Although, we booked a private tour, another small group was picked up. When I called David again, he said the reduced price was not a private tour which he had not explained. Lastly, the Cave of Winds tour was partially closed for the season. The driver was nice and knew a lot of history. Even so, I would not recommend.

I just took the small group tour of Niagara Falls with guide George. As it turned out there were cancellations and I was the only tourist. George continued the whole tour with me in bad weather and took a lot of time explaining the history of the area. I would highly recommend George for a tour guide.
