So-so. The shuttle bus was comfortable, but you couldn't see out of the windows. Long ride with no view. Photographer host was friendly until you didn't sign up for his services. Fun crew but it felt like they were performing for tips rather than being very helpful. Too many people on the boat. 0 assistance when we needed help learning to snorkel. Free water and lemonade in dixie cups but $5 for a pop. Food was blah. We did see a few turtles, whales and bottle nosed dolphins. Snorkeling was terrible. Lots of people enjoyed the slide.

The guide, Emma, was great. The small group got along very well anf of course the sights were tremendous. Im so glad I didnt try and drive this myself

Unfortunately,due to confusion regarding our pickup hotel, we were not picked up and never took the tour. After many eMails following the botched tour, with both the tour operator and Trip Advisor, it was never clear who gave their driver the wrong pickup hotel. We did not receive a refund. My GUESS is the fault is with the operator.

We as an operator get the data from viator, so if they got it wrong in theory system it will be wrong in ours. Sorry you didn’t get to take our island tour. You missed out!
