Lenny was our guide and he was wonderful! We learned so much about the culture and history of the island. He is super interesting and entertaining. We felt very safe with his driving. We rented a car but did not want to bother with the drive on the road to Hana. We are very glad we did this tour instead. He was very accommodating to all the needs and requests of the guests on the tour. We never felt rushed and got some wonderful pictures and memories. Definitely do this if you are debating whether to drive on your own!

Driver “Kammy” was excellent. He gave us great photo ops, and his narrative of Hawaii history was exceptional.

Scenery was spectacular, guide was great and so glad we did not have to drive ourselves on that road. Wished we could have spent more time at the State Park black sand beach. I was also surprised that the road and tour now goes all the way around the entire bottom half of the island, so even though the road is a bit rough, it was fun to see a side of Maui I had not seen before.
