Parker Ranch

Waipi'o Valley

Visit majestic Waipio Valley Lookout to capture lush and tall cliffs that drop into the sparkling ocean

Akaka Falls State Park

In the afternoon, we continue the drive down the scenic Hamakua Coast and visit the towering Akaka Falls, which plummets 442 feet into a stream-eroded gorge.

Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden

Throughout this garden valley, nature trails meander through a true tropical rainforest, crossing bubbling streams, passing several beautiful waterfalls, and the exciting ocean vistas along the rugged Pacific Coast. This highly acclaimed garden allows you to take up-close shots of rare and exotic flora- over 2000 species of exotic tropical plants and orchids in a tranquil setting.

Kulaniapia Falls

In the afternoon, you will escape the crowd and get to swim under the 120 feet tall Kulaniapia private waterfall, Hawaii’s largest privately accessible waterfall, to cool down and relax when river conditions permit.

Rainbow Falls

Visit the beautiful 80-foot waterfall in Hilo with giant banyan trees beside it.

Saddle Road

Return to hotel via Saddle Road

This was a well planned trip but it really was not more than someone bringing you places that were very easy to find. We went back to each place on our own the next day in order to spend more time there. The tour kind of pushed ou along.

My family spent the day with Dreu on this fantastic tour. Five stars. Great guide. Very knowledgable and personable, and able to point out something interesting at every point of the tour. This was a lot of fun, with no lulls or down moments.

Dreu was an amazing tour guide. Well worth the cost. We traveled all along the big island to see a variety of small and large waterfalls (even got to swim in one) and other beautiful attractions. This tour allowed us to visit private places otherwise we would not have seen. Would highly recommend Dreu as a fun, knowledgeable tour guide and the trip overall!
