Parker Ranch

Waipi'o Valley

Visit majestic Waipio Valley Lookout to capture lush and tall cliffs that drop into the sparkling ocean

Akaka Falls State Park

In the afternoon, we continue the drive down the scenic Hamakua Coast and visit the towering Akaka Falls, which plummets 442 feet into a stream-eroded gorge.

Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden

Throughout this garden valley, nature trails meander through a true tropical rainforest, crossing bubbling streams, passing several beautiful waterfalls, and the exciting ocean vistas along the rugged Pacific Coast. This highly acclaimed garden allows you to take up-close shots of rare and exotic flora- over 2000 species of exotic tropical plants and orchids in a tranquil setting.

Kulaniapia Falls

In the afternoon, you will escape the crowd and get to swim under the 120 feet tall Kulaniapia private waterfall, Hawaii’s largest privately accessible waterfall, to cool down and relax when river conditions permit.

Rainbow Falls

Visit the beautiful 80-foot waterfall in Hilo with giant banyan trees beside it.

Saddle Road

Return to hotel via Saddle Road

I was picked up first and dropped off last by the most amazing tour guide Chris!!! I thought this was an advantage as i could pick his mind. His knowledge of the land and outgoing personality made the trip amazing. He shared his background, experiences, and recommendations. He took us to Akaka, Rainbow and another fall. Plenty of snacks, water bug spray etc if you needed it Chris had it. He even spoke Hawaiian to us!! We went down into the Valley with Douglas for about an hour. Saw wild horses and one even stuck his head in the van. Douglas pointed out things and was funny. He was very helpful. I highly recommend the Wasabi Tours and if you do one ask for Chris.

Booked a day with my girlfriend & couldn’t be happier with our experience. Dreu was understanding when we got lost & couldn’t find the initial pick up spot. He never stopped informing us about the beautiful island of Hawaii. We gained such a profound understanding & appreciation for the culture. The views were breathtaking & we never felt rushed to leave from any location. We enjoyed each destination & also the drive around the island. Definitely recommend & Dreu was awesome!

This was an awesome experience. Dreu, our tour guide new everything about the culture and locations we visited. His local insight really made this one of the best tours we've taken and we have toured Britain, France, Italy, and other Hawaiian Islands. Mahalo Nui Loa Dreu!
