Our small group experience takes place in a big boat atmosphere! A maximum of 20 guests onboard allows our captain and crew the chance to focus on providing each guest with the very best experience. Our boat is really what sets us apart from other companies- we have a fast, fun and extremely comfortable boat where everyone has a cushioned seat, large open platform for viewing the whales and fast, quiet engines to help us maximize our time with the whales during your tour. Knowledgeable captains and crew who have worked among the whales for years will share whale facts and answer your questions. It's a great photo opportunity and most people who do it come back for more!

My husband and I had a wonderful time! We took the 9am tour. Our guides (Kiersten and Tiffany) were very informative and they took the time to make sure we saw whales. Would very much recommend this tour on your trip to Maui!

Another spectacular whale watching season with Makai Adventures! We have always had a great experience from the booking process to the excursion. The new boat is comfortable and everyone has a great view. They get to where the action is quickly. Captains Elijah, Kerstin, Levi, Travis, Keao and of course Noah were great as always. Crew Allison, Sylwia, and Tiffany were very helpful to all and super informative about the whales. They work hard to make it a great experience. Make sure to arrive early to give yourself time to park. Don’t forget the sunscreen. Every tour is a new adventure where you can see so many different activities. If you want to see everything, take advantage of their return discount. So many great photos and videos, didn't have time to process. Thanks Iwa and Keao!! See you next year
