What an amazing trip! Highly recommended! It was an early start but so worth it! About 4 hours there and 4 hours back. Our tour guide Brian was brilliant! He knew all there was to know about Yosemite and made the trip very enjoyable. The trip included various stop off points in Yosemite which were all amazing! We stopped off so that we could view climbers on El Capitan where Brian set up telescopes for us to see them. This was a nice touch. There was a screen in the van which played various documentaries on climbers in Yosemite which helped pass the time and give us some interesting information. The way the tour is organised we got to all the viewpoints before other tours and were able to take pictures of Yosemite/waterfalls when the sun was in the best place! If you’re thinking of doing a day tour to Yosemite then this is the tour you must do!!

Brian the guide was excellent and the places we visited were a lovely landscape, BUT it is really DISAPPOINTING to book a tour to the giant sequoias and they don’t take you because the road was a skiing slope for the winter! In the Ad there was no mention that it was depending on the weather. The snow had been there for quite a lot of time, so if you book four days before and the tour operator knew they couldn’t take you and didn’t mention that, we’ll, it’s a scam!

The park closes down the path to the sequoias in the winter and there’s nothing we can do about it. It is far too dangerous. And we say that on the website. We try to make it up by going to additional places and stay longer at each stop. We provide a very special day, and most of our guests understand that is is not under our control.

Yosemite was beautiful! Our tour guide Phil was fantastic. From the music he played to all his tips on what to see and do once we got into the park. He even had a telescope so we could spot climbers. Would definitely recommend this tour. It was a great way to spend the day seeing such a beautiful place.
