This tour was very well done. Our tour guide, Bryan, was energetic and eager to ensure that everyone had a good time. Both Bryan and the company was very attentive to details, even to the point of having multiple umbrellas in case of rain, several sets of binoculars and even a tripod mounted telescope to look for climbers on El Capitan. To avoid some of the crowds and maximize our time in the park, we even started an hour earlier than planned. Once inside the park, Bryan picked multiple spots for picture taking, all of which were breathtaking. In between the stops for photos, we parked at the Lodge and, from there, had about 1 and 1/2 hours to hike on our own and have some food. If you’re going to Yosemite from San Francisco, I highly recommend this company. Having said all this there is a down side having nothing to do with the truly quality job by Bryan and Best Bay. This was a loooong day. The trip to Yosemite takes about 4 hours, meaning almost 2/3 of your time is spent coming and going. Bryan and Best Bay provide commentary and videos about the park on the way and showed movies as well, but it was still a long day. All in all, it was well worth the effort to see this magnificent piece of nature.

This was a great tour that hit a lot of the key attractions of Yosemite without having to spend several days at the park. Our tour guide Brian was fabulous - he was very communicative, knowledgeable, high energy, and a lot of fun! From pick up to drop off, Brian was on point and made sure we got the most out of our visit. He stopped at several scenic overviews so we could get pictures, we also got great views of the Half Dome, El Captain, some of the falls, and the giant sequoias. Brian even set up scopes so we could see some of the climbers which REALLY put things into perspective of how large the formations are. Overall we loved this trip and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Yosemite, but is short on time. Be prepared, this is a FULL day trip and you do have to spend a bit of time traveling from San Francisco to Yosemite; but it is so worth it for the breathtaking views and scenery! Pick up is early morning, but you'll have a stop at a local market to pick up food, snacks and anything else you may need before heading into the park. You also get free time for lunch, but I would recommend buying something at the market to take for lunch as the food court lines were long and understaffed due to COVID, which can cut into your free time. I would also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, snacks, and sunscreen. You are able to leave personal items on the tour bus. Please keep in mind that due to COVID, Best Bay Area Tours may move up your pick up time due to long lines to get into the park, which happened to us. Reservations are currently required, but many people are trying to get in without a reservation. But don't worry! There's plenty of time to sleep on the bus!

Our guide was Brian, he was on 10 (high enery) from pick-up all the way through to drop off! LOVED THAT! He communicated every last detail starting the day before the tour. We were able to text him with our questions and always received an immediate response. We were thoroughly entertained and Brian was very knowledgeable and passionate about the park. There were 12 of us total in the group and he remembered all our names. He was great....oh and the park was pretty AWESOME too😉!
