Overview

Take a day trip from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park, described as the crown jewel of the country's many splendid national parks. You will be guided on a coach tour to highlights such as Bridalveil Falls, Tunnel View, El Capitan, and Yosemite Falls, with a stop for a 1-mile (1.6-km) walk into a grove of giant sequoias*.

Our vans only take 15 passengers, so we are able to stop at more places with less time for loading and unloading of passengers.

*weather permitting, and the hike is not recommended for people with health issues

The trip is accessible for most of the tour. However, at the end of the day, we go on a hike to see the giant sequoias. This is NOT advised for people with back, heart or knee problems. It is also not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, this is only way to see the sequoias.
There is a possibility that the Giant Sequoia hike will not be available due to winter weather conditions.

Phil -our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Yosemite and also San Francisco. Tour was interesting for all ages. Also great service to pick our family up at our hotel.

More than we could have imagined. Experienced the park to its fullest. Phil and Brian made sure we arrived at the park ahead of the crowds. The travel portion was filled with interesting information about the park and surrounding area. Saved us money and time by stopping at a store where we could get breakfast and lunch to go. Classy touring van with comfortable seats. Music choices to travel by were thoroughly thought through. In addition to being able to see the many faces of Yosemite (Half Dome, Bridal Vale, El Capitan and more) Phil and Brian set up tripods and binoculars in hopes of seeing a rock climber in action. These guys are amazing. They are really into their work. You will be pleased!

This Tour was fantastic. Got to see some of the most beautiful parts of the park. Phil was great. Gave us good history and facts about the park and towns we drove through. Had fun musical play list that went with the themes of stuff we were doing. Showed us how to get some awesome photos and took photos of each person/group. We had two hours to explore on our own in the valley and eat our picnic lunch we purchased on the way in. Had time to buy souvenirs in the gift shop. Got to hike to the giant sequoias. Stopped at a local produce stand for some fresh fruit on the way out. Watched a video on the way home and took a nap while he safely got us each back to our hotels. Friends were made and it was such an incredible day! Truly 100% recommend. I was a solo traveler and this tour was the perfect way to explore Yosemite for the day!
