Small Group Yosemite and Giant Sequoias Day Trip from San Francisco

Decided to spend the WHOLE day while visiting SF to go to Yosemite. It was a great opportunity to be able to experience this treasure. Phil was great! Fun and a little sassy! Loved it. He took us to all the hot spots. Wish we had more time during our lunch break. But the highlight was Phil having several telescopes and binoculars to see the rock climbers. The play list was amazing! Phil is the best!!

As east coast residents, trying to find the perfect Yosemite day trip in San Fransisco almost feels impossible with all the options presented to us. However, by some stroke of luck, we had the most incredible day trip with Brian from Bay Area Best Tours. Not only did he make communication leading up to the day simple and easy to follow, he also had the rare talent of being a fun, informative, enjoyable tour guide. Many times when booking a tour like this one, the guide can either be exhausting or leaving you wanting more. Brian did an excellent job teaching us about the history of Yosemite, keeping the energy high (with a 6am start and 9pm finish, that alone is impressive), showing us how to get the perfect pictures, and taking the perfect pictures of me and my husband throughout the day. We really felt like he enjoyed our company, and we certainly enjoyed his. If you have the opportunity to go to Yosemite for one short day while you’re in San Fransisco, we couldn’t recommend Bay Area Best Tours and their guide, Brian, more. Thank you for the most wonderful day of our vacation!

Amazing amazing day! Phil was a wonderful guide and fun and informative. Made some extra stops not on the regular tour to point out some “WOW” views and allow us to take pictures. A million thanks for the most memorable part of our trip!
