It was an amazing Day at Yosemite. Alberto, our Tourguide showed us spots with beautiful views over the Valley and to other important Sights, like El Capitano an Half Dome. At the different Spots we have enough Time to take pictures or for short hikes. Of Course there is many more too see, but for a Daytrip it was a great Trip. Also the Pick-Up directly at our Hotel works fine.

As mentioned by others, it is a long day out, but I would do it again. Yosemite is stunning, Victor our tour guide was excellent and funny which made the day even more enjoyable. The only down side was, that due to the very dry summer, the waterfalls had dried up. I would try and visit earlier in the year next time just to see them. Overall an excellent day out.

Had a great time on this trip! I was a solo female traveler, and our guide Phil, as well as the rest of the participants on the tour, made me feel so included right from the beginning. We were able to see so much as part of the tour, as well as had an hour and a half of free time at lunch to adventure and explore on our own. Two important things that I will note: 1) The Sequoia grove that you visit and hike in requires a one mile hike downhill to get to the sequoia grove, which only actually has a few visible sequoias mixed in with the other trees in the forest. I was expecting to be completely surrounded by tall sequoias with the huge red trunks, however that was not the case. You then have to walk a mile back to the van, which is all uphill. 2) If you get motion sick, consider bringing dramamine or another medication, or just be prepared you might get a bit nauseous on the drive back from the park. There is a very winding road with a significant drop in elevation over the course of eight miles, and even the regular roads we took the rest of the way back to SF were a bit bumpy. Could've just been our driver, however it seemed that a lot of my nauseous feelings could be attributed to the roads. Besides the drive home, it was a great time!
