Overview

Take a day trip from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park, described as the crown jewel of the country's many splendid national parks. You will be guided on a coach tour to highlights such as Bridalveil Falls, Tunnel View, El Capitan, and Yosemite Falls, with a stop for a 1-mile (1.6-km) walk into a grove of giant sequoias*.

Our vans only take 15 passengers, so we are able to stop at more places with less time for loading and unloading of passengers.

*weather permitting, and the hike is not recommended for people with health issues

The trip is accessible for most of the tour. However, at the end of the day, we go on a hike to see the giant sequoias. This is NOT advised for people with back, heart or knee problems. It is also not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, this is only way to see the sequoias.
There is a possibility that the Giant Sequoia hike will not be available due to winter weather conditions.
Currently following local healthy and safety guidelines.

We got lucky. Sunny day with clear views of Half Dome and climbers on El Capitan. The side trip to the Sequoias was nice. Our driver Victor is sweet, enthusiastic, and drove safely on the windy and steep route to and from Yosemite. He gave us great information about the Park, the monoliths, etc. BUT, he has the terrible habit of inserting the phrase "my fiends" multiple times in every freaking sentence. He also repeated the same information mutiple times, as though he felt the need to fill every moment with talking. More quiet time would have been nice. It feels petty to complain about it, but when you're trapped on a van for 15 hours, it drives you insane. Also, one or two mentions of Climate Change would have been enough. But 7 or 8 times becomes annoying. You're preachin' to the choir, Victor. I still recommend this tour, but some fine-tuning would make it more enjoyable for the passengers.

While everyone is entitled to their opinion, you are completely in the minority. This is the first and only negative review we’ve ever had about Victor. He is one of our favorite and most trusted guides who gets least one 5-star review on every one of his trips.

To see Yosemite for the first time where we did not have to do the driving! Most amazing treat! We sat back relaxed and enjoyed the winding road, beautiful sceneries of the majestic mountains and giant sequoia trees, being chauffeured to the best picture taking spots with plenty of time for breaks to roam around. This tour was so organized and well planned out . We were so lucky to have the best and most passionate tour guide, Brian! Highly recommended to anyone visiting SF or any local bay area residents!!!
