I can’t say enough about this trip and our guide Brian! The drive from San Francisco to Yosemite sounds long but it didn’t seem like it as Brian kept us entertained with some videos about the park and lots of interesting stories about the sights and towns along the way. Once in the park Brian knew how to make the most of our time there and get us to the best views and picture spots. Sharing his knowledge of the park and it’s history made my time there much more interesting and enjoyable. He was always very attentive to our needs by answering any questions, offering to take photos of us, and ensuring we were comfortable and hydrated. I can't think of a better way to experience Yosemite!

Impressive vistas in a unique landscape that is well worth the trip! It felt like we had plenty of time within the park guided as well as for ourselves. The van was comfortable and spacious enough for 13-15 people. The drive to and from the park is around 4 hours each but with a stop in between. Impressive views on the road through changing landscapes make the drive feel shorter. The way through the Mountains back down was a little throw-up-feeling so if you tend to feel sick, prepare. The tour involves little walking up to the point when you do a 1.5 hrs hike to the Sequoia grove. The way back up is a little harsh as it has steep parts and stretches a little long. We were the last ones arriving back at the bus (we walked down to the fallen Sequoia which is the furthest away point, many other guests didnt go there) but still had 15 minutes to meeting time without the need to rush up the hill, so I guess it really should be finde for must of the people. If you have respiratory problems, dont do it though, air is thin and I really felt it!! Our guide and driver Phil did around 10 stops for us to see amazing views. We had no hikers up El capitan, didnt see the famous wildlife and due to summer, the waterfalls were nearly dried out BUT it was still an experience I would not want to miss! The nature is indescribable. Phil did a great job showing us Yosemite Valley and created a great mood for the journey in all of its parts. He is charismatic, knowledgeable, humourous, just amazing! A little rushed driving at times which made us feel the WHOOP several times, but on the other hand he brought us back to San Francisco in no time which is rare for such a long and far day trip! Thank you Phil!

This tour was everything we wished for and more! We booked it due to the small group size (I can get a bit anxious in a crowd), and it was perfect. Our guide, Brian, had boundless enthusiasm all day long. He is incredibly knowledgeable and enhanced the experience so much (teaching us about the area, telling us how to get the best photo, what trail was worth our time, always making sure our needs were met). Don't let the long drive deter you from booking this tour!!! It went by quickly as the journey was informative, interesting and funny!
