I’m a local Ketchikan and on August 1st, 2019 I found a customer stranded st a remote sight where there is no cell service. He had been waiting for hours at the agreed upon rendezvous spot and time, but Southeast Exposure no showed. I took him back tot town in my boat. When he called, they said they were too busy and forgot. Unconscionable! I’ve run into kayakers that said Southeast Exposure dropped them off 30 miles from the agreed upon local and didn’t tell them. Kayaker eventually figured it out on their own.

I take personal responsibility for this one, I totally forgot to grab the hiker that we had dropped off at naha, we love taking guests and returning them safely back to ketchikan and I failed on this one. So Im super thankful that you helped this stranded traveler. This was a special water taxi that a independent traveler had arranged with us not a tour. Again thank you so much for picking him up and brining him back to town. I dont understand the last part about the "kayakers 30 miles from agreed upon local and didnt get them" Thats never happened??

Just a great way to spend an afternoon. Saw a fantastic bald eagle and nest, traveled along some beautiful rocky coastline. All in all gives a nice perspective from the water that's different from our in-town explorations and various hikes.

This trip was amazing. Great people helping and guiding you along the way. There were eight of us and we were in two boats all to ourselves following an expert guide, Trevin. We got to drive our own boats and none of us had ever done this before. Along the way, we saw eagles and about 20 whales. Great fun.
