Extremely dissatisfied and disappointing. We purchased 8 tickets for an after work event. When we arrived, they said we could take the elevator up but that the bar was full, and it didn't matter that we had tickets for our time slot. The employees were dismissive and stated that website clearly said the $15 was for the elevator.

I went in March 2024. Decide to visit the oldest tallest building in Western States. Upon arrival, I was little bit confused with the entrance. Found the ticket. I had pre purchased drink as well. Soon I was navigated the hall to elevator. Prior to elevator, there was bit of museum/history shown about how Smith Tower operated. When getting on the elevator, the gentleman narrated story about the building. His knowledge is superior! Finally up at the top of the building, I first decided to get something to drink and sat by the window. You can see the Puget Sound, Bainbridge Island and West Seattle of course the stadiums. Nice view. I decided to step outside to view. The weather at the time was cool. Not that cold. Just Seattle weather. I took couple of photos. I don’t remember if I did see Space needle. The whole experience is phenomenal. I love it! Highly recommend!

The Smith Tower is a must-see in Seattle if you like architectural finds! It is beautiful. We had lunch on the 34th floor. It has Asian food and was delicious. The views are amazing. On a map of the city St James church was marked. We went there and it is a magnificent church!
