My most memorable part of the experience was standing with my party like spare parts at the main entrance slowly realising I’d been scammed. The guide did not show up, there was ZERO communication from them. However, Viator have been outstanding and already secured my refund so that’s something. Do yourself a favour, do not book this scam tour.

The experience starting with the tour guide showing up late and not where the instruction mentioned to her not having the clarity to deliver the tour or knowledge was bad

Guide never showed. Viator couldn’t even get them to answer phone. Viator tried to help and was very good on their end. They are processing a refund for it.
