We took my in laws, BIL, and SIL on a float down snake river canyon. Our guide, Allie, was a ton of fun and had lots of good stories. She got us wet (on purpose) but kept us safe and even “arranged” for a family of five river otters to swim beside us.

What a blast!! The water level was perfect this time of year, and the trip lasted almost two hours. The water temperature was awesome, and our guide, Tom, made it a great experience. He told us facts about the river, and some funny stories also! He knew exactly where to aim the front of the raft to soak the people looking to get wet! (We were on an employee outing with my office) All 11 of us felt completely safe in the guide's hands. For a few of the people, it was their first time, and everyone was so appreciative of the fun that Tom provided.

This was the worst experience ever. Terrible guide. Not enough instruction. I believe she said her name was Wolff. Not five minutes in 2 people fell off the boat. Not much instruction on how to get them back in. Guide almost let us hit a rock formation, we all had to duck so we didn’t hit our heads. This was on my bucket list. What a rotten experience!! I was so excited to go for about 2 minutes in!
