After the morning manatee tour relax on the afternoon Rainbow River drift where you can snorkel or scuba dive. The Rainbow River, a Florida spring, is unmatched with crystal clear water and over 200 feet of visibility. See many different varieties of fish,turtles and other wildlife up close. Discover fossils coming out of the different springs dotting the bottom. At the end of the drift is a small cavern where Sun fish hangout in abundance. This drift dive or snorkel can be enjoyed by the whole family.

We really enjoyed the trip once we finally got into the water. The trip was focused most on the scuba divers, and we were snorkeling. We had to sit in the sun waiting, bored, for quite some time. I think that with the amount we ended up paying for the trip along with rentals for wetsuit and snorkel gear, I would have expected them to have something in place that would have allowed us to enjoy that half hour as well. The river is nice, not as many fish as I was expecting. Didn’t see any turtles, snakes, alligator, otters. Did see the gar which made it all worth it. Perhaps with the trip being at 1pm and the river being busy with lots of people, the animals had all scattered by then.

Great guys giving the instruction. Felt very comfortable. Water was beautiful not crowded at all. Much better than trying to dive in crowded crystal river. Felt very safe. John was very thorough. Will go again

Love American Pro Dive Center. This is my second year to be back with them snorkeling in Rainbow River. It is fun activities. It is a great experience if you strongly how to snorkeling or diving because captain only guide you where to see things on the boat. Recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
