First time on a wine tasting tour, and it was amazing! It was a great and fun experience. I 💯 recommend this tour.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I booked a wine tour over a month in advance and they called me 3 days before and cancelled on me. They told me they double-booked and just realized it. I don't buy it. They have an online booking system that should prevent that sort of thing from happening. The guy said sorry, but didn't offer anything else. I had to scramble to find another tour (all of the all-included ones were completely booked). One of the people I talked to at another company was more apologetic than this place. I ended up having to hire a driver and book all of the wine tastings on my own. It ended up costing me double and took about 8 hours of my time to plan all of this. I also previously made plans around the original tour time, which made scheduling a nightmare. I emailed this company asking what they planned to do to make it right and they didn't bother responding. Terrible customer service - do not get scammed by these people. Also, this was my first trip away from my 2 year old daughter ever. It was meant to be relaxing and fun, and this company very nearly ruined it. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Jill iIwish you quit lying about me. I had to cancel your tour because i had people that book in 2020 during covid that was not in the booking system. I do have the right to cancel the booking if its just 2 people. i gave you 3 days to find someone else. i also call around to find you a another driver and got you a company to call to set it up. I also gave you a full refund.

He never picked us up! Three of us flew in specifically for this tour and we never got one. He picked up the wrong group and refused to come back for us. He gave them our tour and left us waiting in the parking lot. This is not a “company” but a one man show, Tom, and he has zero customer service skills. Just see how he responds to every negative review. Please be wary of this tour.

This was a mistake that I had no control over. The people I pick up said that they were mine. I tried to fix this but I was already on the tour and I call the other company to pick them up so we can switch quests but the company left and would not go back to pick them up. This never happen before to me.
