Thought we would have been picked up for ride. We were staying at Grand Sheraton at Wild horse pass. Slight confusion with person who answered, seemed we were interrupting plans. When we called to confirm the day before we were cordially told we were to far away for pick up. The pick up radius would have been nice to know. Our location was requested when we booked. It would have been nice to receive a phone call letting us know we were on our own.
Not bad, just customer service was lack luster. We were looking for luster for our anniversary weekend and based on reviews.
