This was such a great trip! High quality staff and equipment. They provided helmets, goggles, gloves, and even a Buff headwear scarf (which we got to keep at the end) to keep your face protected from the wind and dust.
Our guide was Bill, who was just fantastic. He retired and then started being a tour guide because he loved it. He was so knowledgeable about the local wildlife, geology, geography, and plant life. He gave great guidelines and explained the rules well. Attention to detail is everything and when the sun started to set, he stopped the caravan and switched out everyoneās goggles from shaded to clear.
The path he took us on was āprogressiveā where we started out slower on easier trails and then picked up the speed and difficulty. By the end we were flying through sand dunes, which was the best part! Weāve ridden ATVās a lot, but never on sand dunes and oh my, itās our new favorite thing!
The whole trip was about three hours and we made a few stops to look at specific landmarks and a few especially gorgeous views. There was a restroom about 2/3 of the way into the trip. They also provided water and snacks.
