Lots to do, highly interactive, fun and entertaining. Very informative and totally loved it apart from one thing - communication.
On trams the speaker could not be heard because she failed to ask people to not talk through the ride so those near us did talk all the way and meant we heard nothing.
Mission control - presenter had a great personality, lots of information and being there was fantastic but she failed to recognize that half the audience were not Americans or Texans and needed time to take in what she said. She spoke to fast most of us missed much of what she said.
Person in the large hall with rockets needed a microphone. Unless you were right next to her it was impossible to hear.
Talk by Ken Cameron was great and he certainly can present but where is the ability to ask questions - even interactively by text during the meeting or similar? There is so much more you could do that would enhance the experience and give a sense of pushing the boundaries that space exploration is famous for but in other ways.
Presentation about the lifestyle of the astronaut (exercise, bathroom sleep etc) was good and great to see some light and sound with a presenter but the chap didn't know how to use a microphone so we missed most of what he said. He also talked through loud music and got timings wrong so we could not hear.
Wonderful experience overall and these comments are intended to point the center to understanding the need for a strong communications coach who can really make the events sing, rather than keep them on a par with other venues.
