This cruise is currently only offering outdoor dining options only. We are fortunate to have beautiful outdoor decks that are available for sightseeing. Food and beverage service will be available at outdoor tables. Access to the outer decks is by stairs only and guests will have access to restrooms. We have great weather on the water right now, we would just recommend you bring a hat, light sweater or jacket and of course your shades!

The food and the scenery was amazing. In addition the music was really good as well. The host were very professional and nice.

Very nice experience began with welcome by the Crew, followed by well groomed Servers. Food buffet setting was great. Multiple dishes to choose from. Braised beef short ribs were fall off the bone fantastic. Desserts and fruit were good too. Signature cocktails were a little pricey, but some had souvenir glasses. DJ was very professional, keeping the mood festive. Enjoyed the ride, but once is enough for me. Philly night skyline is very impressive.

Terrible Service for a high price. I’ve done dinner cruises in Philadelphia several times over the years and have enjoyed every single one. That was when it was SPIRIT OF PHILADELPHIA. I recently booked another one for a very special milestone birthday for my husband. I wanted it to be extra special so I upgraded everything from the seating to their “platinum bar”. There were six in our party and it was not cheap but I felt it would be worth it. It was not. We were greeted by a very friendly server who brought us a small plate of shrimps swimming in a pool of cocktail sauce. That was extra but I guess I misunderstood and actually thought each guest who be served their own shrimp cocktail but no…1 little shrimp for each guest. The server took our drink order and kept telling us how we were VIP guests. She came back with our drinks super quick and after that we didn’t see her again. We tracked her down (by the bar) and asked for drinks. She came back with two and told us the bar was behind on drink orders. Remind us again how we’re VIP guests please. This is the way it was for the remainder of the evening. My guests and I had a total of two drinks and that’s what I paid extra for. The line was ridiculously long at the bar otherwise that’s where you would have found us standing. It was just really terrible service and a true waste of money. The food was as expected. Not great but not too bad. It’s all the things that I paid extra for that was a huge disappointment. Lastly, on the upper deck there was a teen celebration and the kids were running rampant. They were running up and down the stairs and bumping into people. I don’t know where the adults/parents were but they were not with them. Zero supervision. CITY EXPERIENCES by HORNBLOWER has damaged the reputation of what was once an enjoyable experience and my family’s favorite place to celebrate a special occasion. Never again will I book with them until they make an effort to improve service.
