This will be a little long but honest. First I will start with the pros. The company is very good with communicating. The bus was very clean and up to date. The LED lights and tv are stylish and help set the ambiance. Also, the driver arrived on time and was dressed sharp. The appearance is top notch. I would recommend for these things. Overall it was a great experience. Now for the Cons… my feedback has more to do with the company policy then the service. As soon as the driver arrives they tell you they can’t leave without being paid. It’s not a horrible thing, but it definitely comes off a bit aggressive. Also, we needed the bus for an extra hour and we knew it will be an additional fee, but they was an extra $30 charged for that hour and again when we boarded the bus to return back the driver asked for his money before our return trip. Again, it felt s bit distasteful. As a customer service based company I would think it would be fine to charge for extra hours but charge at the rate the customer was booked for not extra. Lastly, they did say they will price match a written quote for s similar vehicle and when I provided them with a quote that was $175 cheaper and a bigger bus they simply said the bus is not the same style and there is better. I went with them because I did like the LED features as this was for s kids party. Still the bus was a party bus and bigger in size and they advertise they will price match but they don’t! Overall, again the service was prompt, clean, elegant and the driver was nice! Just prepared to pay as soon as they arrive and if you make any changes to time be sure to have your money up front!! Lastly, they are not going to price match so don’t believe that part.

On the click to accept contract that was agreed to it states that any balances are due upon arrival at the start of the service. Also the driver contacted you a day before the service to confirm, time, address and balance due on arrival. All Limo services, require the balance due on the start of the service. It is a standard in our industry. We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding. Overage is charged as well as agreed on the contract you agree to. As far as the price match, we do all the time. We cannot however price match much older vehicles, we check to make sure they are licensed and insured (we do not price match unlicensed companies) and there are no hidden fees in their quotes. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Initially, The gentleman that answered the phone to take my reservation was pleasant, I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he sent me a contract that I signed. The day of my event the party bus that showed up was not what I asked for. I asked for them to swap the wrong bus for the one I asked for and he began yelling at me and hung up!! So, Instead of fixing my problem he chose to blame it on me ........ AND DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!! YES, HE CHARDED ME DOUBLE!! DO. NOT. TRUST . THIS. COMPANY!!!! Also ask if they are hiring a third party because the third party usually has no clue about your event. They ruined the beginning of a weekend of fun. Best part, I disputed the charge on my credit card and got refunded because this company is a fraud!!! Of Course no apologies or contact from DreamRides, bc they tried to ROB ME!!! Ugh, look for another company!!

Based on our reputation, clearly this is a competitor posting. We do not use third parties, nor ever charge more then agreed let alone charge double. All our contracts are click, sign and accept. So there is no misunderstanding. Please review our history of years of positive REAL reviews. It is a shame seeing people getting desperate and posting made up things.

My party bus was LIT!!! They delivered on every promise. There were no hidden fees. I was so pleased with my driver Miguel. He was awesome he gave us tips on how to get to the best Pandora store of course he took us. He gave us red carpet service and I loved every minute of my trip. I recommend Dream Ride for your travel needs as they make you the Star!!!
