James the tour guide was great. Went on several of the ghost tours but loved the different (more historical) stories. Has a nice walk. Weather was great. James was knowledgeable on the area and history. Small group so was able to have a little more one on one.

My wife and I showed up on a Monday night expecting a group of 10 or so people, but we were the only people on the tour. We felt bad for our guide Martha. We offered to reschedule but she said smaller groups are better. She even said the tour would go a bit longer than the appointed hour as she had a lot to say about the City and she would never ruin our trip by canceling. So off we went. Martha was a fun and knowledgeable guide and regaled us with interesting stories of St Augustine and the numerous ghosts, specters and apparition that haunt area. While we didn't see any, we fealt their presence. A street lite mysteriously came on as soon as we mentioned the spirit world as we stood next to it. Coincidence, maybe. But perhaps signal from the great beyond. When we got to the end of the tour, Martha asked if we wanted to come to continue to a second part of the tour where we would see some sites she didn't get to fit in the first section. We had a hour drive to Jacksonville and a early departure in the am, so we had to decline. Martha was a fabulous guide who grew up here, loves the place and loves sharing here knowledge with randos like us. Plus she knows some really scary stories. We highly recommend her fabulous tour
