St Augustine is a town rich in history so having a tour guide to explain and show you the sites is always a good thing. However, most of the history is so close together that I, personally, think a walking tour might be the way to go, if you're able to do so. The trolley literally stopped around every corner and it felt like we went in circles, which, we probably did, as everything is close. Our driver also felt the need to yell out her name after she'd ring her bell at EVERY stop, which got to be quite annoying. Maybe it was just me. She was a nice person.

We’ve done these trolley tours in several cities and loved them. Great overview of cities, fun anecdotes, etc. Honestly, have to say, this one was disappointing. Only rode through about 7-8 stops and finally got off…as did many others. Traffic on St Patty’s Day was obnoxious and kept us held up. Know it’s not the company’s fault, however, thought the driver could have shared more info about the city while we inched along or sat a stop lights/ signs. He was largely quiet, joked about traffic. At nearly $100 for the two of us, it wasn’t a good value.

My husband and I spent a couple of days in St. Augustine and loved it. I want to go back! I wish we could have stayed longer. The Old Town Trolley Tour was great. We learned a lot and it was very relaxing, fun and convenient. All of the drivers were great. I highly recommend this Trolley Tour! We also ate at the Columbia restaurant and Meehan's Irish Pub which were delicious!
