Good information about the town's history. Convention pick up spots throughout the town. Nice place to visit.

We bought our tickets online and went on the Old Town Trolley for the 22 stops. They do have COVID 19 precautions and wipe down the trolley and now have plexiglass partitions set up in between the seats. Our tour guide was great and very informative. We also enjoyed the history museum and gift shop. We walked across the street and ate lunch at Subway. We had a wonderful day!

Normally I give them 5 stars. This time there were a couple issues. I purchased tickets on line (for two days) and when I printed them out it stated that scanning more than once could result in multiple charges, therefore I showed that to the gentleman who traded the ticket for stickers. He said they wouldn't do that and to just bring it back the next day to get 2 more stickers for the second day. I didn't want to chance it, so I just didn't use the trolley the second day. In the past, they gave us enough stickers to last. But skipping the next day may have been a good thing. The first driver we had, while very knowledgeable, decided to give us a "thrill" during the ride. He whipped around a corner really fast, causing the trolley to tilt just a little. The next day, while we were waling, we say a couple ambulances drive by. Later on the news, we saw that one of the trolleys had tipped over and one of the riders said it was the driver trying do do a "thrill" turn. That could have been us. I have traveled to St. Augustine over 6 times now and this is the first time there was an issue. All other times were positive. Hopefully this was isolated.
