The tour was nice. We saw a wide variety of shore birds, a few raptors, alligators including several nests of baby alligators and manatees . The guide was knowledgeable. Be sure to sit facing forward. We faced the back of the boat and had to turn around to see what was being pointed out. You were allowed to stand and move about as long as you didn’t block someone’s view. We did the two hour tour which was a little too long for me. I’ve seen shore birds and gators many times before so once I’d seen a few I was good. We did learn more about the manatees and saw several along the edge of the river. They were feeding among the vegetation. It was a relaxing trip and just nice to be out on the river.

The captain was very knowledgeable of the river, its wildlife and ecosystem. She was truly happy to share her expertise with passengers. Her kindness was exemplified when prioritizing passengers with disabilities, ensuring safe entrance and exit off the boat. Beautiful tour!

Loved seeing the manatees. Saw a few from the boat more from just the bank. The tour guides were very nice and informative You can take drinks and snacks on board but they also sell them on the boat. Saw alligators, birds, and learned history of the springs and about manatees. Would recommend if staying a while atvrhe park, bring your own drinks, ice, and food, none available close to the docks.
