We booked this trip on Feb 25th and got confirmation. We drove one hour to this place. An accident happened on the way there. I tried to call the number listed on the ticket confirmation. to let the tour guide know that we will be 5 min late. The phone number was for Bass Fishing Guides Comp. After getting all the info from me, the operator told me that she couldn't find my reservation, even though I had the confirmation right on my phone. When we followed Google map to get to Blackwater Ln, couldn't find the 25130 Blackwater Ln. There was no street name posted. I asked some people near by, they told me I was on the Blackwater Ln, but they did not know anything about St John's River Fishing tour. We were sent back and forth across the bridge trying to find the tour guide. So we don't know if our booking was actually got to the tour guide and where the exact location of this tour is. Very disappointing, after half tank of gas used and 1.5 hours trying to find this place, and no fishing tour!!!!!!

Hi Cathy, thanks for your feedback. The location we meet at is well marked and used daily, I'm sorry you had so much trouble finding it. But the overall problem you had with your scheduled trip was not with us, the minute you scheduled the trip we emailed back to the provided you booked it which was a 3rd party. The communication or lack of was not with us, so sorry for your disappointment, but were not deserving of the 1-star review that you provided.
