A great way to experience the North Shore while challenging the core! The class flowed nicely and the sea turtles were an added bonus. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at yoga Kai! Our instructor was very knowledgeable, patient, and even took time at the end to take individual pictures of us in our favorite poses on the boards. I have minimal exposure to yoga and my boyfriend has never done it, and it was still a great experience. Don't need to be a Master Yogi or pro surfer to enjoy this experience! I would encourage anyone with the faintest interest to go and try it out! We did the sunrise in the Waikiki area. It got a little busy in the area we were in, but I would assume Sunset would be even more busy.

Had a great time experiencing my first SUP yoga class at Ala Moana Beach. I took the 8AM class and Julia was a great instructor. I'd say I'm very much at a beginner-level when it comes to yoga but wanted to do something unique and active during my time in Hawaii, and this was a great option! It was challenging at times, but overall it was a very peaceful and a once in a lifetime experience. We even saw a sea turtle! Will recommend and would do this class again.
