Beautiful small boats, charming crew, good duration of an hour and a half, you leave from Chelsea then go to the tip of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge then you return to Chelsea. A drink included, ambient music, at 5 you have a small table so you are a bit like you are in your living room at home.
