This cost pretty much exactly three times more than the cruise I’d originally booked, but when I saw that boat go racing by, crammed to the gills, I was even more grateful I’d actually read the reviews and canceled that one. This was worth every extra penny for a leisurely cruise along the Hudson and over to the Brooklyn Bridge, where we turned around, for my partner and me and our 10-year-old. Small, uncrowded, great service. Full bar is a superb touch. Probably would be nice if there were any sort of cancellation policy, because a lot else went awry on this trip, and the transit to Chelsea Piers could have too … but thankfully it did not!

Disappointed! Saw the good reviews so booked a trip for us whilst travelling from the UK to NYC. The flight was cancelled due to storm Eunice so we travelled the next day missing our original cruise. Despite emailing and calling this company have totally ignored me so I can’t rebook nor can I have a refund. Every other booking we made has been handled professionally and courteously. Don't bother booking there are better available!

All the staff were super friendly, and they made the entire experience so special. My friends and I went for a birthday party, and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Highly highly recommend!!
