We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise! The views from the boat were spectacular including the World Trade Center buildings, Statue of Liberty, Governors Island, etc.. Additionally, the captain was very informative and knowledgeable and explained details about a Civil War Building still standing and its current revitalization, as well as old power plants, Ellis Island and numerous other sites. Service was great and the crew, warm and friendly. The trip wasn't too long or short - just the right amount of time! I highly recommend this experience. If you go, try to grab a seat along the outside rails, especially during great weather!

We were so pleased with this trip and just cannot recommend it highly enough. We weren't fussed about landing on Liberty Island and getting up close to the Statue, or climbing up it. I was quite happy to sail past it and take in the view that's welcomed generations of visitors and immigrants to the USA and see some other famous sights along the way. The cruise had a relaxed and intimate feel to it as they only take about 20-30 people out at a time rather, than the hundreds you see crammed onto the more traditional ferries and sightseeing boats. There was plenty of room for everyone and no fighting to get a view of any of the sights, as all the passengers had front row seats. The crew were excellent and thoroughly professional, even bringing round a complimentary drink. Yes, it costs a little bit more than cramming yourself onto one of those other boats but it was worth every penny and one of the highlights of our trip.
