Your 5-hour Fully Guided Tour begins with meeting your tour guide at 24 State Street where you will make your way to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Ferry. Board the ferry for your first stop, Statue of Liberty where you will receive a personalized overview of Liberty Island. Continue on the Ellis Island where you will hear interesting facts and history and see the Ellis Island Immigration Museum. Tour was awful. Guide knew nothing but the locations of the tour sites. No interesting info provided. Late in showing up And a good mile from first site location. Would not recommend Viator for any tour.

We really didn't have a tour, we didn't get explanations. It was somebody Cesar who gave us the tickets to the ferry to take us to the Statue of Liberty and we didn't even get the tickets that allowed us inside it. He then took us to Ellis island and let us be there for a while. We then took the ferry back to the 9/11 memorial and he just left us there, no explanations. We could have just bought the tickets ourselves
