It was too darn cold on the boat ( and this was inside out of the wind). When leaving I suggested they add long sleeve shirts in their gift shop. We went to the gift shop looking for them and several other ladies were there looking as well. One had pulled her arms inside her shirt. The officer I spoke with just laughed ( like I was joking). I told him I was being serious. I would have bought such a shirt in a heartbeat. Just thought they should have been more attentive to their guests.

Can I assume you were asking them to turn on the heat? I am certain the officer did not mean any disrespect. Our weather lately has been as diverse at 38 in the morning and 70 in the afternoon, and then maybe back down again. I apologize for any discomfort.

A beautiful view of the Mississippi but skip dinner. We boarded on time and very smoothly. We were the second dinner seating at 7:45. Boat sailed at 7pm and ended at 9pm. At 7:40 we went to our assigned dinning room. It wasn’t even close to being ready. The dinning staff was running around throwing plates, napkins and silverware on the tables. We watched this chaos for twenty minutes. Finally a little after 8 they started seating us. Mixed reviews on the food. Some good some not so good. The waitstaff was fine. The biggest disappointment was that we sat in the dinning room from 7:40 till 9pm. I would have liked to finish dinner and see more of the views. Just skip dinner and enjoy the scenic boat ride.

Thank you. We will speak with our Food & Beverage Department to find out what went off line that evening.

It took over 45 minutes to get one drink. Queue only had 20 people in it. Why on earth would there only be one bartender on the top deck?! The bartender was slow as molasses to boot. Entire experience was overpriced and definitely not worth it.

It should not have taken that long....you are absolutely correct. Staffing has been an issue since covid and we are trying very hard to have much more staff every evening.
