We booked our tickets for the next day, the service runs regularly, on the day we were there it was quiet. The weather was sunny, but when you out to the middle of the water it does get windy, so prepare for this. The commentary is quite good over the head phones. Its last around an hour which is quite ample to get a taster of the Golden Gate Bridge and also Alcatraz. You do get ample time when passing the prison. Staff were friendly and helpful.

That was awesome Great views of both bridges, Alcatraz, SF bay and enough places on the boat (choice to be seated or on feet and on different levels)

An absolute don't miss. Was worth every penny and excellent for Grandma and the teenager. It was the best thing we did in San Francisco and Napa. The crew, the food, the boat are all superb. My husband was in an Uber and caught in traffic so rushing to get there and the crew was excellent about keeping me calm and helping me tell him where to go. They timed it so we got to the Golden Gate bridge just as the lights came on. We got great pictures of the coast in the daylight and with the lights. It was the highlight of our trip for entire family. Absolutely bring your camera. They do take your picture as you board and give it to you complimentary when you get off - didn't nickel and dime you - very classy. They give you one drink ticket that includes hard liquor, wine, and soft drinks. You can buy more at extremely reasonable prices - no price gauging of a captive audience. Class all the way. Excellent Value and perfect for the family.
