Too crowded as we had a good seat on the top, but so many people you couldn’t see much. I think your better off doing the Hornblower from my experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear you were able to have a good seat, and hopefully take in the great views. We do offer a sightseeing experience, which is very different product from what Hornblower offers. If you have a moment, please send us an email to [email protected] referencing this review, and the date and time you took the cruise, so we can assess.

My friend and me liked the trip. We did it during the end of July. Unfortunately the Golden Gate Bridge was covered in fog and mist and so was alcatraz. The audio guide was interesting and informative. Only thing we didn’t like was: the crew took a picture of us just before the boat left from the pier. On other tours they take pictures of you e.g. in front of Alcatraz. We didn’t buy the picture. But all in all it was a great trip with all we had hoped for (except for the weather). Would recommend it to everyone who wishes to get to know San Francisco from the water for a good price.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry about the fog. The weather can be unpredictable on San Francisco Bay and it can come out of nowhere! We will take your feedback about the photo concession to our photo department, as we try to revamp this area of our business. We hope to see you back on board one day!

We were in San Francisco for 1 say with our adult children. We decided on the Golden Gate Bay tour as we were all pretty tired and siding feel like walking or driving. Weather was perfect. Tour was well organized and they were able to get us on an earlier tour then we originally booked. The boat wasn’t crowded and it was easy to move around. Seeing the city skyline, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz from the water is the way to go. I would highly recommend this tour. Would go again.
