In fall and winter, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. In spring and summer, please arrive at least 25-30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Ferries are wheelchair accessible, though boarding ramps may vary in steepness due to tides. Please advise in Special Requirements at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required.
Wheelchair-accessible restroom facilities are available aboard all ferries, however wheelchair tie-downs are not currently available
Animals are permitted on the ferries but must be leashed at all times. Owners remain wholly responsible for their animals.

Good views and excellent customer relations. Rhe expectations was high but they met them far and beyond.it was slight windy but lot of space inside to view.

Enjoyed our ferry ride to Sausalito in both directions. Discounted price for seniors. We sat at the bow of the boat while windy had the best views.

Not quite sure what happened here or if the actual trip was any good. Travelling alone with my two young children, we were greeted at the ferry door by a very angry and threatening steward, screaming at us for rushing down the ramp to make sure we didn't miss it. If you aren't meant to do this, that is fine and we should be told but not in the aggressive and threatening manner we were subjected too. Squaring up to me and not nice. It upset my children a lot and marred our time in San Francisco! I didn't get the guys name but he was very tall and had dreadlocks, not a nice person at all. Made us all feel very uneasy. This needs addressing as it isn't acceptable.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear about this and I am very late in response as well. I don't have an employee with dreadlocks, but either way, any aggressive behavior is frowned down upon. We're in the market of fun boat rides, and while we do need to maintain safety on the boarding ramps by not allow running, there is a way to say something that doesn't come across as being aggressive. We will talk with the staff about maintaining professionalism.
