What To Expect
1
Kapiolani Park
Queen Kapiʻolani Regional Park is the largest and second-oldest public park in Hawaii. In the 1870s, King Kalākaua was asked to find a permanent, dry course for horse racing. On June 11, 1877, the park was dedicated as the first Hawaiian public space. Since 1913, the park has been maintained by the City and County of Honolulu's Department of Parks & Recreation. The park itself also serves as a natural border between Waikiki and Diamond Head neighborhood.
2
Diamond Head Beach Park
Hawaii's best-known landmark is known for its historic walking trail and stunning coastal views. From the parking lot, there's an excellent lookout point so you can see miles of crystal clear water. Looking out to sea, you can see surfers catching waves in what is the best spot on this side of the island to practice this sport.
3
Kahala
After the Diamond Head Lookout, our second point of interest is the Gold Coast in Kahala. You'll see incredibly large, luxurious estates and sprawling estates owned by movie stars, celebrities and dignitaries.
4
Hawaii Kai Lookout
Located halfway up the road to Koko Crater, this lookout offers panoramic views of the Hawai'i Kai neighborhood right beneath, as well as the southern Oahu coastline stretching all the way to Diamond Head in the distance.
5
Lanai lookout
Views are stunning and the images pristine. Watching the waves crash ashore makes one so appreciative of the beauty of nature. On a clear day you can see three neighbor islands from here, not just the island of Lanai, but Molokai and Maui as well.
6
Halona Blowhole
This natural wonder was formed thousands of years ago by molten lava running into the sea and is capable of spouting ocean spray 30 feet into the air. One of Oahu's geologic wonders!
7
Eternity Beach
Situated near the Halona Blowhole in an incredibly beautiful corner of Oahu is a secret beach made famous in the movie "From Here to Eternity", also other Hollywood blockbusters like "Jurassic World and Pirates of Caribbean".
8
Makapuā€˜U Point
The view from the Makapu'u Point lookout is truly something to behold... The Bluest of Blues, the Greenest of Greens, ancient jagged lava rock surrounding yellow sand, and the Makapu'u lighthouse sitting stoic in the background.
9
Nu’uanu Pali
Located at an elevation of 1,168 feet, Nuʻuanu Pali is a windward cliff section of Koʻolau Mountain located at the head of the Nuʻuanu Valley . It has a panoramic view of the windward coast of Oʻahu. Also the Nuʻuanu Pali was the site of the Battle of Nuʻuanu, one of the bloodiest battles in Hawaiian history, in which Kamehameha I conquered the island of Oʻahu, bringing it under his rule. In 1795
10
Tantalus Lookout Puu Ualakaa State Park
Scenic lookout with impressive views of the Diamond Head volcano cone and the Waikiki skyline. Definitely the best view on all of Oahu, look no further than Tantalus, this lookout is the best of them all.

Romero was the ultimate tour guide. Very knowledgeable and personable. I truly appreciated how he took pictures for me at each of the stops. Keep up the great work, Romero! Aloha!

Lots of time on bus between stops, but guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. He was training his brother, and paid particular attention to accuracy and courtesy. Some great views for sure. Chance to see something other than the sky scrapers.

We did a 9 hour around Oahu tour in a big bus with a bunch of people yesterday. Today we did half a day and only 4 people total (normally 15). Romero was our guide. We had 2 repeat stops (we learned more interesting facts about them) but 3 new amazing stops. We stopped at the Coco lookout from where you can see diamond head as well as a sleeping giant. Went to the Rabbit Island lookout so beautiful and the finale event drove up a national park where you can see diamond head. Waikīkī, the airport, cruise Port and other surrounding towns. Highly recommend this tour if you have a short amount of time and even is you take the long tour one day this one nicely complements the long one with new lookouts and a more intimate tour where you can ask questions like friends. Mahalo Romero.
