The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

  • Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
  • Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
  • Wear comfortable shows. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
  • Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
  • There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.
  • All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. Nothing amazing, I had grenats moments in World center or Empire State Building Prefer going to the Museum of natural history

Do not reserve timed tickets beyond the weather forecast. They will won’t let you up in bad weather and only offer reschedule, NOT REFUND. They are then inflexible of rescheduling times and demand more money if you are rescheduled from a pre 2pm time to an after 2pm. They will not deal with you if you paid a 3rd party for the ticket

We all enjoyed it but it wasn't as brilliant as i was expecting. The views were great, we went up in the glass elevator which was good, 90 seconds to take pictures then back down.
