The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

Fantastic offering by One Vanderbilt, however due to popularity people are constantly queuing for things. Was it worth the $160+ I paid for two tickets, probably, at least I can say I’ve done it, however I won’t be rushing back!

First of all the overcrowding is insane. They say they limit the amount of people in but it was impossible to enjoy the view. The balloon room was wall to wall crowded I squeezed in between people straight to the exit. The elevator ride was overcrowded. I paid an extra $20x4 for us to stare at the back of a persons head. Summit agreed their staff needs additional training. What a waste of money.

This is a must when you visit NYC . Pretty nice and smooth and you get all the views from above . The whole experienced was above and beyond and love the different contemporary art .
