Our stops vary from week to week, but some of the samples may include a German goetta sandwich, Belgium waffles, croissants, pierogies, fudge, cheese, soup and gelato.

Wear comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing (an umbrella if needed). Bring a water bottle for hydration in warm weather. We walk less than .5 mile, but we will be standing at various food stalls. There are benches, tables and chairs surrounding the market.
This is a wheelchair accesible tour, but please be aware the market may be crowded, which can make meaneuvering a wheelchair difficult.
All guests must check-in 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
Children 6 years and older require a ticket. under 5 are free, but do not receive any food.

Historic Findlay Market is Ohio's oldest continuously operated public market and one of Cincinnati's most cherished institutions, welcoming more than one million visitors each year. Open Tuesday through Sunday year round, it is home to more than 50 full-time merchants selling meat, fish, poultry, produce, flowers, cheese, deli, ethnic foods and more.

Findlay Market is located in the heart of Over-the-Rhine, also known as "Cincinnati's Rhineland". It is the German cultural district of Cincinnati, Ohio. Well-preserved 19th-century buildings dominate this historic neighborhood, making it among the largest, most intact urban historic districts in the United States. This onetime working-class German neighborhood is now home to craft breweries, hip gastropubs, and trendy bars.

We were looking for "something different" to do during a short weekend getaway to Cincinnati from western PA. This tour turned out to be a wonderful experience all around! Laura was a knowledgeable and interesting guide. The other members of our small group were delightful. The food from the various vendors and shop owners provided a great variety of local ethnic favorites. Come hungry---you won't be disappointed! :)

This is my second tour with Riverside Food Tours. Both great experiences with Beth and Laura. I learned a lot about Cincinnati (even though I grew up in the area) and the foods were excellent. The Findlay Market selections were especially eye opening and unique. I appreciate that this company takes pictures throughout your tour and then emails them to you. This is definitely a good quality, well-organized, and well-paced tour that I would recommend to Cincinnatians and out-of-towners. Feels great to learn more about your city, eat great food, and spend time with family/friends. Great date or family outing idea.

This tour is very informative and the food is outstanding. Everything was very well organized - every place we visited was expecting us and the food was ready and very fresh. We were fortunate to have 2 tour guides (one was shadowing) and both were extremely knowledgeable. Our entire family enjoyed the experience very much.
