We had a great time and felt very safe with Aerogelic. The police in the area apparently don’t like balloons and chased the 8-10 that flew that morning trying to write tickets as each one landed. It actually was pretty entertaining and made our ride last a little longer. We would book again with them.

Horrible experience. When my group arrived at 4:20 AM, the balloon operator told us there was no room for our group of 4. Even though we had a paid reservation, they sold our spaces to other people, who probably had better connections with them. This ruin'ed the highlight of our trip to Arizona.

That is not in any way true. Aerogelic Ballooning was never advised of your reservation by Viator. If we don’t know about your booking how are we to be able to prepare for it?… This is exactly what I told you when you came and talked to me. I understand your upset it didn’t work out, as am I. Although telling your own version that isn’t true to hurt someone isn’t right…

Worth every penny! It feels like being a spot on a very hot bubble. Such an unusual feeling. Bring water and protection for the heat of the gas tanks.
